Six Four Nine Lofts
Six Four Nine Lofts will provide 55 affordable, permanent supportive housing apartments for individuals who have experienced homelessness, including Veterans and people with chronic health issues. One apartment will be an affordable unit for an on-site property manager.
The 55 apartments, community kitchen, common areas for group meetings, and on-site case management offices will be built above a new 25,000 square foot community clinic development by Skid Row Housing Trust and will be owned and operated by Los Angeles Christian Health Centers. The three-story clinic, called Joshua House Health Center, will provide top-quality healthcare to meet medical, dental, optometry, mental health, and social service needs. The goal of Six Four nine Lofts is to continue to change the landscape of Skid Row while ending homelessness and providing long-term stability to residents in the immediate community.
