FLOR 401 Lofts

FLOR 401 Lofts is a new 99-unit permanent supportive housing development by Skid Row Housing Trust that will provide homes for 49 Veterans experience homelessness, and an additional 49 for low income household and/or individual with special needs. 1 apartment is dedicated for the on-site property manager. Located at 401 E. 7th Street in Downtown Los Angeles, the building will include a mix of residential-service amenities, with an additional five stories of residential apartments built above, centered around a lofted courtyard. An array of supportive services, including on-site case management, will be hosted on-site. In addition to designated services space, FLOR 401 Lofts will feature open, therapeutic community spaces, including a spacious interiors courtyard on the second floor.
