DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES – It’s not just new market-rate housing projects that are being proposed in Downtown. Veteran low-income developer Skid Row Housing Trust has revealed plans to build two apartment buildings on Wall Street, on the north side of Seventh Street, on what are currently surface lots with one-story buildings.
The not-for-profit Skid Row Housing Trust (SRHT) and architect Michael Maltzan are continuing their longstanding partnership through a new development in the San Fernando Valley.
